Lord Listowel heard from health visitors and learnt more about the Family Nurse Partnership and Looked After Children in Surrey, with participants talking about the work they do and the difference they make to families.
Pauline Bigwood, Professional Lead for Health Visiting said: "The meeting was an informal discussion focussing on the role of health visiting to support early intervention, the current national challenges for health visiting and our commitment to promoting the value of health visiting to support children achieving their potential in life and training current and future workforce.
