Community Health Early Support are experienced Early Years Health Practitioners who have multi-professional training and knowledge across health visiting, speech and language therapy and occupational therapy.
We currently support families with children under five in the Surrey Heath and Spelthorne areas.
We are friendly, approachable and happy to discuss any aspects of your child’s or family's needs. We focus on listening to you to find out how best to support you, your child and your family.

You may have questions about how your child is progressing, how you can help them reach their potential, or something that you may be worried about.
We can provide telephone advice, video calls or face to face visits to see you and your child.
You can arrange a face to face, video or phone call appointment.
Firstly, we are keen to listen to your concerns and find out more about the support you have already accessed as a family.
We like to hear what’s working well for you and what areas you would like some help with.
We are keen to get to know you and your child, and the session aims to be supportive for you and enjoyable for your child.
