CFHS One Stop saw a 4 fold increase in referrals in Nov 2017 compared to previous months.
- One Stop received 1273 referrals in November and over 200 of these were from GPs.
- The services with highest referral rates were for Developmental Paediatrics and Early Years Speech and Language Therapy
- 100% of referrals received by CFHS One Stop are screened for urgency and all referrals that are categorised as urgent or high risk are processed within two working days, as per the contract requirements.
- Referrals to CFHS One Stop are triaged by a specialist team of clinicians from a range of backgrounds, including Nursing, Health Visiting and Complex Care.
