Does your child or teenager struggle with sleep?

Watch our series of 4 videos from our Children and Family Health Surrey nurses and sleep experts for tips, advice and information about your child’s sleep.

Jointly funded by Children and Family Health Surrey and Surrey County Council, the videos are suitable for toddlers, children and teenagers including those with additional needs and learning disabilities, and give advice, information and tips for supporting sleep.

Visit the sleep section on the Children and Family Health Surrey website to watch the videos and read the top tips.

Families with children from birth to 19 years old can call the Surrey-wide 0-19 Advice Line on 01883 340 922 for support on all aspects of child health, development and parenting including sleep. The Advice Line is available from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
