Our Surrey-wide 0-19 Advice Line and Chat Health text support service for secondary school students are open over the Christmas holidays but are closed on the bank holidays and at weekends. The Occupational Therapy Helpline is closed from 23 December and will reopen on 7 January.
Surrey-wide 0-19 Advice Line
The Surrey-wide 0-19 Advice Line is available on 01883 340 922 and provides support for families on all aspects of child health, development and parenting.

- Friday 27 December – open from 8am to 5pm
- Monday 30 December – open from 8am to 5pm
- Tuesday 31 December – open from 8am to 5pm
- Wednesday 1 January (bank holiday) – closed
- Thursday 2 January onwards – open from 8am to 5pm weekdays as usual.
Chat Health
The Chat Health text service is available on 07507 329 951 for young people at secondary school to reach out to a school nurse team to ask for help about a range of issues. Young people can also visit the Safe Space Health website for tips, advice and information from school nurses.
