Children and Family Health Surrey has worked closely with Surrey County Council and local borough councils across Surrey to continue to deliver local community health services, including child health drop-ins and 27 month reviews, following the closure of some children’s centres.
In areas where children’s centres have closed, services have moved to alternative local venues.
Further information including dates, times and venues can be found on the Child health drop-in webpage where you can use an interactive map to search for your local venue.
The children’s centres closures have not changed or reduced the level or types of NHS children’s community health services provided in each area, just potentially the venues for some of the drop-ins and clinics.
To speak to someone about where to find your nearest drop-in or clinic, you can also call our Surrey-wide 0-19 Advice Line on 01883 340 922.
The advice line is available from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and provides support on all aspects of child health, development and parenting.
